Doesnt make her a horrible person, but it is a bit strange how she can get that obese and she doesnt really help herself by eating when she knows that eating is not helping her.

some of the stuff she's saying is total shite. such as "i dont eat all the time, sometimes i have to force myself to eat becouse its been a while since i last ate and i know i need to".
if she needs to eat then she wouldn't need to force herself.

Still has a right to have children though, albeit an unfair environment in which to bring them up in.
Having kids can also give people the support or motivation they need to make significante changes to their condition.

she was 35 stone at eighteen. classed as super morbidly obese. her first daughter was 2 at that point. didnt exactly inspire her to make changes to her condition.

Then you watch what you eat even more if thats the case after my heart operation I could not walk long distances or do anything so had to be careful with what I eat.

Fattest man in the UK, died because the paramedics couldn't get him out of his house. Firemen had to dismantle his front wall to get his dead body out. He was taken to the cemetary on a trailer towed by a Land Rover and lowered into the ground with a JCB. His coffin was 6 foot WIDE. He was 35 and was from just down the road from me.
