Ok, hopefully you will sort it out, I had it fully machine polished just before pvs, what engine is in it now? because I kept the 1.6.

I heard someone was saying the bulkhead was cut to fit a c20xe in it. It was for the Jenveys I had on it.

i thought it had a c20xe until i read this then realised why it was done ha
and believe it or not but it has a 1.4 16v lump in. tut tut but i will soon have that changed i dont know if it was like it when you had it but when i got it the front abs sensors had been cut aswell and the steering colum is all loose (think it gunna drop off in your hand ha) but need some better weather to sort it out lol
and the bump it had on the front end i dont know who fixed that but i must say what a cracking job would never of realised other than little bit paint starting to come off bumper (green) and little on the underneath of bonnet (blue) but hardly noticeable (but good job)

I fixed the bump, some daft cow in a audi slammed her breaks on at a round a bout, I put the new slam panel in my self, was all tig welded in, the bonnet came of my mates arden blue one, and my mate sprayed it. The reason the paint is off the back of the bonnet is I vinyl wrapped the whole bonnet in black, before I bought a carbon one to see if I liked having a dark bonnet first lol. That was the most annoying thing ever as Id only had the car a few months I was devastated. The woman tried to claim it was my fault, but the car that was behind me he got out and backed me up, as there was no reason for her to slam her breaks on.

As for the abs sensors they were intact when I had it, I think the driver side court on the coilovers and may of had tape round it. Steering column was perfrect, used to have a momo boss and richbrook wheel on it sold the car with out it though.

Well, some different wheels, lowered more, standard or depo lights, 3" round back box, standard steering wheel. then just keep it clean. That would make me happy as the former owner.
