ok so i open the post this morning and find a letter from them;
dear mr.....
i would be grateful if you would contact our customer adviser.. on...... at your earliest convenience as there is a matter i wish to discuss with you.
Please be assured there is nothing to worry about, your account requirements are due for review...

so i rang and of course shes busy so shes going to call me back, but any ideas what they want?? anyone had this before?? only thing i can think of is that i changed my account to advantage gold a few weeks ago...

They'll ask you for your sort code and account number, they need to claim some monies from your bank account.

they need your account details so they can remove your monies from the safe as it needs to be cleaned.

they review your account every x amount of months to see if they can help you with anything, such as savings, pension, investment, upgrade your card, account etc, dont worry.

all it was for was to get me to make an apointment to be told how my gold account type thing works and to tell me im paying 9.99 a month phone insurance when i can get natwest phone insurance free..
waste of time!! stupid bank!

tbh not that stupid when they are saving you £10 a month as you get mobile insurance free with your Gold account.
