Right, one of my mates, mate has got a 2litre for sale out of a Astra GTE. Theres the engine, G/box, wiring loom ecu manifold and downpipe. appernetly its been chipped aswell and something else done. im going to look at it this weekend probs, what should i look out for, Also what else would i need to fit it into my car. ive already got calibra front brakes and suspention what else would i need, its a gsi so are the shafts ok for it? can i keep my power steering aswell? thats all i can think of at the min.

you can keep your powersteering but you need an extra mount for it if i remember correctly

is it still in the car running? if so take it for a drive and treat it like you were buying the car thats what i did dude

if it aint then lifes a bit harder check under the oil cap and in any of the hoses for the dredded mayo the rest really it needs to be running for you to know

Just the conversion mounts and if you want the strengthning plates for the engine bay.

Think you need the fuel pump from the doner car (or at least recommended)

only need to change the pump if your own car is spi his gsi will be fine my xe is running off an old 12v pump lol
