I think we've gone off-topic slightly and I don't want a sweeping country-wide competition to be the least tolerant as I don't think there is much mileage in debate when we're clearly not going to get anything out of it.

If its OK with everyone else we'll wind it up either voluntarily in case anyone else has anything useful to add or if its just blah blah I'll close it. Over to you.
