snapped my third clutch cable today so obviously need a new clutch, what kind of price i'm i looking at for a 1.4 16v clutch and labour

If that was the case then surely there is no hope for people running paddle clutches. My money is on it not being fitted correctly, i.e. rubbing on the bulk head somewhere. 2lt novas are good at snaping cables, most people dont seem to know how to do it right an then the inlet manifold mashes it against the bulkhead.
