stopped working for my old company which is a little one man band tin pot outfit, basically yesterday i should of had a weeks wages (week in hand i worked) and also notice pay. But he aint paid me . his excuse is i am waiting for a figure off accountant, which is bollocks ,hes booked an expensive holiday and is trying to not pay me will he comes off that in jan. so where do i stand in getting my money
