hope somebody can help

What are the rules on speeding. i.e if a unmarked police car is following you do they have to pull you to read you your rights etc? or can they just send a fpn in the post?

If they had video evidence proving the offence then I would say they dont need to pull you IIRC

Normally they do pull you, show you the video then issue you a ticket which you sign.

If they were on a call then they dont necessarily have to pull you and a NIP could turn up in the post.
