No not for preem membership. £12.50 for changing the numberplate of my car on the insurance when ive only got just short of 2 months left on the policy.....fecking joke!!
This is either to do with:
1) Changing vehicles 3 times in 12 months. or
2) Ins trying to recoup on the £4k+ claim I just made.

I Don't understand these "admin" fee's.
"Yeah we're basicly going to charge you £30 Sir to press this button here."

Lloyds TSB have been really good with me. I've used them for the past 4 years. They have never charged me for changing cars, insured me free on a company car, never argued about replacing 2 windows and even gave me money back when i changed cars once
Although i do use the company vans on the company insurance and on my mums car insurance to drive her car. On my policy i have myself as the main driver and my dad as an add on.

£12.50 can pay admin fees for a whole day probably. Times this by a few times and you have one call centre monkey paid up for the year

£12.50 is the call centre's commisson. If they can get a customer to pay an admin fee without argument thats thier bonus.

I bloody hope you protected your ncb
Mine went up a bit this year I reckon its due to getting hit by that uninsured driver
