When I was using my GSi XE everyday it was at least £100 on maintenance a month no matter what, something would always happen that would cost at leat £100.

I was doing 400 a week in it though !

Right:

A cheap one is not an option as i know what they are like for fitting etc. Its booked in at Top Gear for 3" outwardly rolled tomorrow.

Ian i could cope with spending £100 a month on it if i was doing loads of miles, i think its just a bit of bad timing. I am lucky to do 400 miles a month some months.

also Sam would you care to explain what you mean by the whole car looking rough??

I have had a couple of Peco ones before and they have never rusted on me, mind you i never had them long enough to notice
