I have been working from home for a bit now (get out and about now and then when interviewing people or at client meetings), I really thought it would be nice to be able to plan my life around work a bit etc but it's working the opposite way at the moment. I think it should calm down a little bit until after xmas now but I've found I've been working all sort of stupid times, worrying constantly and not being able to relax at home etc.

I have also started smoking alot more, drinking loads of tea and coffee and not really eating anything until like 3pm every day

Getting sick of this tbh

Rant over

Yes doug you would think

Past few weeks have regularly been sitting here still working at 10pm.

It's not constant work as I struggle to get motivated sometimes which therefore results in even less clarity between work and home times

I am hoping company gets an office sorted in Jan/Feb so I can maybe just do a couple of days a week there

I do one day a week at home, and agree, its easy to decide and go get a drink, browse the net, have early lunch, browse the net. Before you know it you've reached 5pm and not started

Yes

APK - That happens frequently

Research consultant, basically project managing projects/processes for different clients, in the main involving what are called qualitiative interviews with different types of consumers or businesses and basically churning out the data into patterns or to feed into other research.

It's really quite dull
