i work for and engineering company raytheon decent for what it is and its military stuff so aslong as theres wars were in the money

theres alot made in china production wise but the uk is key for small batches and one offs!
i deal with a lot prototypes getting made and source alot thru u.k companys as sometimes its not worth the bill for the export to china, plus the communication side, trying to get across exactly what you want to someone who doesnt speak your llanguage aint worth that cheaper price

We had similar around here....the rates like that lasted about a month, then came down to a more sensible £500 a week (on metred rates) when everybody realised you could train monkeys in a week to do the job
