Have no idea what went on at last weeks meet as i was'nt there, but ive allways found the "sceen" to be very up themsleves, and beliving Vag's are the only car you can mod, otherwise your a chav, my particular favorite from this argument in the link is where the owner of the lancia is asked why he came to the meet in anything else but a german car shock horror but some people like other brands of cars, and TBH i dont think the lancia have an owners meet when it rains

on these rules i will only be going to meets for vauxhalls cars built badly in spain ?

The RSOC have never charged admission at their meets and some of their members' cars are REALLY nice and drive the correct wheels too.

Also, people arrive in other makes of car without incident.

They need to charge to tell people to drive slowly and turn the radios down?

It's not some of us JR, we're all a cut above the rest TBH.

(I think it's a stupid idea saying German cars only BTW, what about people with winter cars? )

I only skimmed through the thread on E38 but what exactly was the event that lead to the strict rules?

I believe that they had trouble at meets and people in other makes of cars were doinbg stupid stuff and as a result the VW boys got moved on too even though they were doing nothing wrong.

Its seems they have just gone zero tollerance.

page isnt working for me but i guess its about the meet at brands last wednesday?

i went with a few pals all in vag cars, i went in my astra i parked it up and some little dweeb all in his vw cap and coat came over and told me to move it out bit pathetic as one of my friends had spoken to one of the organisers on the phone (ryan i think his name was) and he said was it ok for me to come along in my astra, his reply was no problem just dont let to many people know. so we ignored this other chump and left my car there,

kinda pathetic really it wasnt like its a major vw event, just a few gathered in the pissing rain

and i was there for most of the evening i didnt see any silly behaviour or any silly antics.
did some some guy in a s4 leave his hand brake off and watch it roll towards the shop, which me and a few other guys had to hold while someone found the owner tho!!!
