Might have a old 405 to get rid off, do you have to pay them to come take it away? If I can get it to the scrapyard do they take it for free? Or is it all dependant on what car it is etc and whether they wont it?

So that means I need to phone up a proper scrap yard rather than a car breaker type one then?

Yeah most would collect it for free or give you up to £100.

Why wouldnt they collect it for free like, its not really costing them anything. If you fone one and they are going to charge, try another one.

Same as my dad, usually picks em up for free takes stuff he wants, (petrol, cat, alloys (to get them melted down) then weighs it in at the scrappy.

Do the RSPCA know you're melting cats? Does it make a mess?
