2 questions,
Firstly, can you get done for speeding if a police car is following you but they then dont stop you.
Secondly, would they send a police fine or court summonds using DHL

I "think" they have to stop you. Thats what I've always thought anyway.

Court fine and summons have to come through royal mail first class.
Depends whether the police car recorded the speed you where doing on their on board cameras i would of thought.

if your brekaing the law infront of a police officer its his duty to stop you, if he has any evidence against you hell be the one getting done over for not doing his job properly

Not entirely true my mate got done by a copper who was behind him in an undercover scooby but they didnt pull him as they where sent to another call out,but he had the cort summons through the post.
But rob hasnt said they rushed off with blues and twos so im guessing they werent called and should off pulled him if they had proof.

If a police car drives past doing more then the speed limit, Gaz drives behind them doing the speed they are doing
They need prove do they not to do you for speeding?
A lad i know was speeding, although the police didnt have any proof apart from their word against his and therefore just give him a section 59.
