cars going into garage later today, need to get to college tomoz some how.
my sisters fully comp on here citron (sp)
im only tpft on my corsa.
could i drive her car to college tommrow legally? with her permission?

no, although ive heard that quinn tpft are the only company that will let you drive other cars? Are you with them?

Yeah you could see if they do like a single days cover or sumthing. Doubt it would be legal otherwise.

either your sister needs to name you on her policy or you get temporary cover on yours.

I cant imagine your sis would want to fuck about sorting this tho so best for you to phone The AA. You can switch your cover to courtesy cars so no reason why you cant go onto your sisters car. you might have to pay more depending on the car or they may charge you and admin fee.

If your policy says you are covered to drive other cars you can drive them, if the third partys insurance says you are covered you can drive it, if none of these conditions are true you can't.

yeh im pretty sure id have to pay extra as her cars pretty new, and mines a bag of turd. shes away too at the moment so no chance of her gettin intouch with her insurance ect.
Never mind will have to sort something else out.

lol the irony, im in exactly the same boat, my bro's car i may be getting 1 days insurance on it, google it comes up with a few companies you pay like £15 for it

You need to be 21+ for day insurance. I can with Bell. I got added to my cus's car for a day for 27.50 - good price concidering I was 17 at the time.

You can add yourself on her policy for a day. Will cost pennys, but you will have to pay insurance premiums tax so it usually works out at about £30-£40 for a couple of days...
