The case has been settled now anyway, as i went back to the police a couple of days later with my mate who ran him over, and all they could say was that the matter has been resolved. I was like, yes but he's got away with criminal damage!! They couldn't get their heads around that fact.

There's no CCTV, we went back down there in a different car to have a butchers.

Dean, its on Stratton Business park, cant remember the name of the company though. Its down towards Henlow Building Supplies.

I'll get some pictures up tomorrow coz i'm off to work now

So you have actual damage to your car versus a made-up story from some crazy guy?

Press charges IMO or in the very least send the bill to his employer?

I'm assuming he is security guard or something? Did the police agree it was trespass?

if those blokes are so upset about you having your cars on the property....they are more than likely up to no good. Keep sending the cops there, tell you heard some Sheila screaming and two blokes dragging a woman into the factory, then describe the Wanker that booted your car.

Sorry to hear that dude.
Personally, he'd be a fucking dead man if it was me and I'm not a big bloke or the fighting kind neither.
If I were you, I'd have pressed charges against him and took the assault charge coz even though you didn't do it, the court would see you had a fucking good reason to do it and would probably be on your side.

Unlucky dude. I got assaulted a few years back but the court threw the book at that cunt and he got community service and had to pay me a couple of hundred quid

Got some pictures of the damage now, camera hasn't picked it up as bad as what it is in the flesh. But even though it does look small, its cracked filler down to the metal and will need the rear quarter resprayed. The arch has got some rubber marks from his boot on it that should polish out.

The 2 blokes that told us to move were the MD and workshop supervisor, so sending a letter wont do anything really as it will go to them. Going up there and giving them the bill sounds good though

As i said it doesn't look too bad, but its still gonna need repairing and respraying. Also, i dont think my cars been that dirty in months and months!

Jay, if you think the repair isn't worth while and insurance would consider it a write off, I'll happily trade it for my car. Come on, L reg to W reg

In all seriousness, can't believe it happened. Always thought Biggleswade was pretty sound.
