no way can that be achieved in 4 months surely, plus it would take loads of practice to do some of that stuff properly anyway, the shoulder press thing

jesus, sholder pres and one arm pressups are very hard to do, good workout though

i think the worst thing on there would be the one arm push up and double crunches for me, good workout though! but good luck doing all that in one go lol.

theres that 8 minute abs thing that does quite alot too if you do it right. think it just pulls and fecks all your muscles so you hurt like fook the next day making you think your working out
