will these require any arch work AT ALL? (lowered 60mm all round) or should the width be 6.5j instead?

may get nocks on the front over big bumps depends how low your '60mm' is, i did with my speedlines as mine is low on the front so just unbolted the areches, gave it a quick trim with grinder, coat of waxiol and then a bit of hammer time and now all is fine

ive got et42 7j and the rears are tight as fuck to bottom of the inner arches, best play it safe and get 6.5j
