I paid for something off ebay on the 11th November and still have not recieved it. In the ad it does say that delivery may take up tp 21 days but 99% of items are there within 8 days.
I am only worrying because it was £480 and also what is the process with claiming my money back through paypal if it does not arrive??
thanks
Graeme

Log on to Paypal, find the transaction and dispute it.
Also if it says 21 you need to allow 21.

tomtom is looking correct unfortunately thats the issue with ebay, wankers taking a large sum of cash and then jsut dissapearing. technically PayPal should have some details on them to do with addresses, names and bank details so they might be able to trace, whether its worth their while or not you might have to wait and see. Post the otucome though, good luck

got this email from the seller:
please close the dispute - you will get your item as promised - any probs email me - i am not going anywhere
Paul
I replied with:
it is too much money to lose and you are no longer registered on ebay so I'll close the dispute as soon as I have the item in my possession
he gave me a tracking number and according to that it has just arrived in the UK so if I recieve it I'll be due him an apology. hope i get it though lol

why should he get an apology? he closed his account/got banned from ebay so must have been doing something wrong in the first place...
i only ever use ebay for small things, although i did buy my wheels on there, but i picked them up and paid on collection. Use reputable websites if you want to make sure you get your items

yeah there are somke ripp of merchants on ebay, but you dont always know circumstances, i sell a lot on ebay and had a lot of items to finish last week and then i had to go into hospital for a week, so i was prettymuch fucked and in the hospital i couldnt connect my laptop to the internet so couldn let people know etc so just something to consider
