As anyone else had the problem of their brakes just locking up? I was on my way home lastnight and was driving over a motorway bridge when I noticed about 30meter down the road a lorry was blocking it. So I put my foot on the break slightly to gradually slow down n boom, my breaks locked up n sent my car sideways so I was facing the motorway!! I thought I was gonna go over the edge *shit em* I cant understand why they would just randomly do that especially when I didnt slam on in the slightest.

could be down to the weather making the roads greasy aswell, like last night after i had been to the gf came round a corner to fast and the corsa was started going sideways, thank fuck i managed to get in under control again, lol

Ye but I hardly touched the breaks and it spun out. I could understand if I was turnin a corner or I slammed on, but it was a streight road.

my nova usesd to do same thing but on hard breaking, it was one of the cylindars on rear break not working right so 1side breaked harder than other causing car to spin, awfull feeling when it happens, soon got it sorted though, just another idea
