Andy, seriously, your place attitude really does f-ing suck.

I've never known a company to come down so harsh on its employees for missing a day.

I try to use up all my sickness days, its free holiday. Your place really does take the p1ss

may be ebing thick here but my girlfriend also gets 'sickday allowance' (i.e. free holiday) but if you use it and apply for another job I assume u are supposed to put down these days off u have had as 'sik' or is it just 'out of allowance' sick days that have to be declared?

Depends if the company you are going to asks the question really.... IF they don't ask, don't say.

If they ask though, tell them. Depends how honest you are really. The new company can find out easily if they want to though.

I would just tell them tbh and make out its been a bad year.

wow I have it easy

get in anytime between 7-10 and leave whenever - so long as put hours in and work gets done

dont have to get any holidays approved, can even decide the night before if i want a day off

not a contractor either

and can claim time back in holidays if i work over
