there the best 3...
incline usually does upper, decline lower, flat is mid..
flys and pec dec are good for the outer and inner part of the pec, adding width....as with diamond press ups.

you can work body parts twice a week but you MUST give them 48 hours rest
eg.
i do
MONDAY - CHEST,BACK
TUESDAY-SHOULDERS,LEGS(CARDIO)
WEDNESDAY-CHEST-UPPER ARMS
THURSDAY-SHOULDERS ( CARDIO)
FRIDAY-CHEST-UPPER ARMS-BACK
SATURDAY (CARDIO)
SUNDAY - DAY OFF
DO ABS 3 NIGHTS A WEEK
I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO DO PYRAMID TRAINING.
4 SETS ON BIG MUSCLE GROUPS (CHEST BACK) 12-10-8-6 REPS INCREASING THE WEIGHT.
3 SETS ON SMALL MUSCLE GROUPS 12-10-8 REPS
EG.On bench 12 reps at 55k,10 @60k,8 @65k,6@70k
Make sure u get a good protein meal in u within 45 minutes of finishing training
