I've seen one taxi holding up loads of cars morning after morning, just trundling along at the head of about 30 cars but TBH, I can't be bothered. Not like it'll get me anywhere other than stressed.
Leave it IMO.

I was behind some prick in a 406 yesterday on the way home from cardiff, kept flashing his break lights ( I wasnt tailgating ) I was a fair way behind but it was putting me off, I eventualy got past him and he ended up behind me, he would back off, then no sooner had an acceptable gap appeared speed up to the extent were I couldnt see his headlights then break to an acceptable gap again, Dick!
did you notice any mods on the car he may not have told his insurer about
