very good friend of mine involved in a confrontatrion with the following car early hours of last night in Heswall (north west)

Black Renault Clio registration DA53 JGY. It has blacked out windows (very dark tint) have done the usual checks of the normal only checks and this is deffo the car reg. i know its a long shot and a big ask but does anyone have access to any further info on the said reg?

any help willl be much appreciated and of course be under strict confidence
