There ARE variable limit cameras.
Fuck knows if they work when there is no limit when is posted up, I havent tested that. They work when there are limits posted up. My advice, from junction 17 (M40) to junc 10 (A3) do 70 or the limit on the matrix boards.

steve dont turn off at southborough on the a21 carry on down the hill till you come ot a roundabout go straight across and turn off at the next slip road then turn right at rounabout at top of slip road you will see a tescos on your left follow rgar road till you come to a cross roads then go staright across follow that that will put you smack in the moddle of tunbridge welss southborough is hell to drive through on a sat my way will be about 20 mins quicker

Easiest way, going near the M1 or Dartford is a joke from Worcs, puts you waaaaaaaay out
