Tell her to fuck off, if you havent signed a contract your doing her a favour by giving 2 weeks notice instead of 1 and even none at all!
You dont need her reference for your new job either, so dont matter if you fuck her off, tell her to get bent

How much notice is an employer entitled to
The notice you should give your employer before resigning should be in the contract. If your contract does not say how much notice you must give your employer then, if you have worked for one month or more, the minimum notice you should give is one week. If you have worked for less than one month, the notice period should be reasonable
got that from citizens advice website so there's nothing she can do, im leaving at the end of next week and thats that!
Just so angry with the way she spoke to me yesterday, ive never felt so small!!

Don't let her walk all over you, whats she going to do? sack you?
If you don't need the reference then tell her where to go, and since she is being arsy just do a weeks notice.

There's other people I can get a reference from anyway, an id rather she didnt give a reference if she's going to make me look bad
If i was to just work a weeks notice then I dont have to go back! I gave her my letter of resignation on monday, and thats me off now till next monday!

make sure you tell her that the reason she as spoke to you is why you will not be working one day over what is required, she might reflect on her actions a bit then.
