i need to make a bank transfer got all V-Sports details, but i dont kno wher to start

go to your bank mate, you may get charged if the 2 bank accounts are from different banks. hope that makes sense.
go to your bank with all the details and they can transfer it for u.

Yes BACS transfers are free.
I think you have to pay at least £20 for a same-day transfer (CHAPS?), but obviously if you pay in cash at a local branch of the bank/building society the account holder uses, deposit into their account is instant and free.
