i need to make a bank transfer got all V-Sports details, but i dont kno wher to start

go to your bank mate, you may get charged if the 2 bank accounts are from different banks. hope that makes sense.

go to your bank with all the details and they can transfer it for u.

Ge tthe money and go to the bank that V-Sport bank with. Hand in details and pay straight into account.

Then you don't get charged.

Yes BACS transfers are free.

I think you have to pay at least £20 for a same-day transfer (CHAPS?), but obviously if you pay in cash at a local branch of the bank/building society the account holder uses, deposit into their account is instant and free.
