See whats in the local sports shops?

Ones where you can take weights off are good so you can build up the weight and make lighter for later sets.

triceps are 2/3 rds of your arm so training just biceps wont see alot of results.

why dont you take a gym on and get into training all body parts or maybe just a basic rountine at home without weights which includes press ups etc etc

Get some pressup bars (like handles) for the floor. They will do your chest, biceps, shoulders and back in one go.

Use these to do your triceps asell or a bench to do dips on and a set of dumb bells to start off. You can always buy more weight for the dumb bells later.
