Yes, over 94.

It said 94 for 70 limit zones but last time I checked it was 60 for a national zone

I would rather they spent money teaching kids and stupid people not to walk out into the road and therefore wont get hit, rather than pretending that they want to save people when all they want to do is have the ability to fine people more and get more money.

Govt. must be loving us motorists....firstly the huge taxes on petrol and now the money from this

Its not going to change anything over then more people getting banned. Dangourous driving will still occur and its not always speed that is to blame like they seem to suggest.

More driver training and education is the way forwards rather then point loading

Nothing will change it's been over hyped by the media as usual. You wouldn't normally be eligable for a fixer for 45 in a 30 anyway so you would end up going to Court and getting somewhere around that penalty in any case. All this will mean is that people will be offered fixed penalties for higher speeds instead of having to go to Court. Far cheaper admin costs and less hassle for all concerned.
