Insurance group is 14
0-60 - low 7sec
Top speed just over 120
Bhp 120

They are good fun if you get a good one.

Would have an rs over one anyday though.

I think he was referring to what I said, RST. As in Fiesta or Escort.

There ok cars tbh,lol.
Old s***e engine tho, unreliable. Have problems with turbo heat evaporating the fuel in the carb bowl etc(if the perc fan aint working)

Plenty of tuning goodies tho, can wack the boost up with just simple carb jet changes.

i've got a gtt, 217bhp 256lb/ft as proven at the corsasport rr day few months ago...

they aint unreliable, considering its a 1400 8v pushrod... people that cant drive/maintain them give them a bad name.. people think that a bleed valve will give 200bhp when they put them up to 30psi then cry and slate them when the head gasket goes pop.. what people need to realise is that they are 18-20years old, so they have to be tuned carefully, making sure that the cooling system is up to scratch first, then the fueling is adjusted to suit the boost... do it properly and you wont have any probs!

if ya after a gtt, avoid fleabay like the plauge, unless you want a ragged example, best bet is look on www.rtoc.org and look at classifieds and get a good example well looked after by an enthusiast
