this has just happened to mine

o2 are sending a new one tomorrow to swap over but there is no-one in to change them over and they wont deliver to my work, absolute bollocks

This happened to my k850i last weekend too.
Was typing a text when the phone turned off, restarted, then displayed "Operation Failed" on any text folder.
Very annoying but O2 sent out a new one the next day to swap tho.

well they are going to try and deliver one to my house today, but there no1 going to be in, i told them this yesterday but they said they cant change addresses

guess il have to pick it up from the depot - waste of time .

Did you get your replacement Dave? I forgot to ask O2 to change the delivery address but I left my old one with my neighbour anyway because nobody was home. The courier swapped it there no problem.

they tryed to deliver friday, even though i told them not to bother

they only re-deliver next working day, which would be monday, BUT there is no1 home tomorrow so now i have to wait till tuesday

cant pick up from the depot, gay

Someone better inform Bubblevaux that sony have folded and that no networks will stock their phones due to faults.

As prev stated, Master reset sorts the problem out, jusst make sure all your stuffs on your memory card and sim.

It's not happened since the firmware update, which appears to have sorted the camera too!

Happened to me... quick back up, master reset and sorted, bollocks to getting replacements sent and spending ages on phone to 02 for something you can sort yourself in 5 mins.
