Motor Vehicle Maintenace and Repair.

Its a good course, i've got a saturday job at my mates garage in Sandbach which helps also. The course just gets abit tedious as theres 14-15 students in the workshop at one time and 2 tutors.

In June, im gonna start posting out CV's to garages and main dealers, most probably as an apprentice

Anyone got any thoughts on where to go or what to look for when looking for a apprentiship?

Start sending them out after Christmas, say March April time. It will show you are keen. Even off to do work experience on days you aren't in college, even unpaid etc.

Erm, possibly. We got told that the name of the course changed last year, so if you did it a few years ago could be the same thing.

Im currently doing Level 2 at the moment. Will have completed that in June.
I was thinking of doing Level 3 but my tutors have said its not a great deal more. They have advised me into doing more of an electronics course and get on the right side of diagnostics etc.
