car seems to judder on pulling away but only wen its a bit cold, but the clucth was only done about 5 months ago could it be the plates need to be re alined?

plates wont go out of alignment, possible contaminated friction plate

or weak pressure plate

only happens to me on cold mornings, bit higher in the revs cures it, only happens once and thts when i pull away
