I wouldn't want an Astra that badly, so it doesn't apply.

But if i wanted a bike, or a car, (bearing in mind you need to have the funds to buy/service/maintain it in the first place), then I wouldn't allow the insurance man to stop me buying it.

And you fish around.... So unless were talking high end porkies, rarris, lambos etc, no real insurance would be round those prices.

355s aren't actually that expensive to run - in fact you can change the clutch for less than Mitsubishi charge to do an Evo clutch!

I've been thinking all night and I've always wanted a 911 so that's what it is. Undecided yet which version (either a 993 or 996) and which model but I'm going to start saving and maybe do it in the spring

And yes richc, 355s are easy meat 430 is a different story!
