could mean your muscles are used to the exercise now

all depends mate, do you constantly workout or isit a one off?
Did you do anything diff on your workout etc?

Doesn't mean anything. Sometimes you ache, sometimes you don't. Aslong as you push yourself 100% in training that's all that matters. Some people ache longer than others because they have a poor diet.
I still get DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) often.

1st time i went swimming i ached. but the 2nd time i had a little niggle. now it dont even ache. i do more each time
