bought a bumper off ebay, was advertised as good condition
recieved it today and well, its fooked. scuffed to buggery etc, only good condition thing about it is that it hasnt snapped
how do i go about sorting it with the seller as dont want to just leave bad feedback as that'll leave him bitter not willing to sort it

this happened with some rear lights i bought... they arrived cracked... after discussing the matter with the seller to no avail, i opened a dispute claim with paypal, eventually got my money back and sent the lights back...
tip: make sure all the messages once in claim with paypal fully explain how it's the sellers responsibility to package them well... they read the messages from you both and decide the outcome for you...(put your best foot forward)!!
tell him it's pointless leaving negative feedback as you'll do the same for him... etc
any other questions about paypal dispute claim, u2u me mate

you can do it for 'item was not as described'
thats what i did... i said that they were described as 'excellent condition' and they arrived broken...
you will pretty much get your money back if they're not how they were described
p.s. hope those lights weren't from someone on here...

prick. lol.
