Just to reiterate the post in "Tutorials & FAQ » Using the Site":

Server time is GMT, and we don't change this. We also don't automatically adjust this in everyones profile as not everyone is in the same time zone. You are able to set this yourself using the 'My Profile' link, then 'Edit Profile' - or just use this link.

British Summer Time simply need a 1 in that box.

Greenwich Mean Time put a 0 in it.
