i take mine first thing in the morning mixed with porridge, 45 mins before training with some fruit and instantly after training. if im hungry before i go to bed i will have a shake with milk.

im having 3 very large chicken or tuna sandwiches a day( 10am, 1:30 and 3:30) then my shake before training is at 5:30.

seems to be working ok for and get plenty of complex carbs and protein in my post workout dinner but i think its time to start the creatine and amino acid supplements

I'm not really into bulking-cutting-bulking-cutting etc etc mate. I eat very big and clean all the time, and do cardio a few times a week.

To be honest, even after all that i still feel quite peckish. My stomach feels kinda empty, i think it's because i could do with some more fats in there.

I ALWASY take a shake pre workout with some fibrous carbs. My speciality brown rice iwht chicken stock cube and a chicken breast. Post post workut proteinshake with water so it digests faster than water and a nice tasty meal usually consisting of 2 chicken breasts about 2 chicken breats later

Whoever it was saying a shake is useless before workout is talking a load of rubbish.

I always have one withbreakfast too. its my most important meal of the day.

i thought this when i looked at yours, missing some EFA's, couldn't you substitute the last chicken/rice meal for some oily fish? I hate salmon but sometimes i just force it down

Haha, can't base it that CraigW will live longer than you just because he eats like that...

I am pretty much 95% sure he will have a better physique and level of strength than you

I have a protein shake with breakfast, one before I leave for the gym with a bowl of oats, and another when I return from the gym. Noticed a massive difference since I started this!
