I agree Hamish. Might do a £5 VIC check on it though, see if it comes back existant or not, cat A,B,C or D? I still dont belive that car was a write off

Thanks for posting this! Just found out that the badger involved in my accident was infact driving a scrapped car with no MOT or insurance!
I ll be pushing the police to be as hard on him as possible and seeing if there's any charges i can put forward against him!
