Few of you may know my car, old ultimate velocity one - basically they put the intercooler in so a chunk of it is hidden behind the front bumper, not the best position in my opinion but looking for options!!
Heres the location at the mo:

Its sat there resting on the slight lip of the frame behind it, however would like to hear peoples opinions on the matter & what they would do?!
Would it be possible to just get new piping and lower the intercooler?
Was thinking could either:
1) Butcher some of the front bumper and have it sat down in the center of the bumper (providing can get pipework to match up etc)
2) Sell that one and get another one maybe bit of a better fit and sit it behind bumper with bit of butchering again!
Peoples opinions & advice please ??

remove the towel rails at the bottom and get one that fits in the gap there, then get pipework to match

Depends how its done, If you can tastefully add some vents/lourves it might work.

Have it lowered so it sits behind the rails, will still be slightly covered by the bumper but get alot better air flow!

Cut the back of the bumper about to clear it so it can sit lower.

some sort of flap in where the grille should be, so it forces air down onto it

Dont really wanna add nemore cuts to the bumper, its got morrette indicators in it, which oviously arent vents/louvres but I reckon it would look to much if i added more..
