Yeah, you're really old

OK maybe that wasn't quite the right thing to say, but what I mean is I'm tired of travelling 60-70+ miles a day in car that bumps, bangs, rattles and shakes me all over the place and deafens me.....having said that, I'm starting to like it again now

No wonder you got caught speeding mate - i saw you on saturday on the a500. I was driving my dads so you wouldnt of seen the corsa Well but it this way, it was a 50 limit, i was doing 70 and you tanked right past me i would say doing 90. I cum to the brow of the hill and you were taking a right where i went straight on to the m6.

Nice car tho, reminded me of mine from the back. (i have red 96 sport, P reg etc)

I was gonna put a post you saying spotted but forgot!

On a similar note how long do the police have to take you to court after the offence took place for a traffic offence??

I went through some red lights in June & am awaiting a court summons (Ignored the letters offering 3pts & £60) & someone told me they have to have you in court within 6 months or it times out....is this true??

got caught racing an unmarked police car about 12months ago in the S3
clocked me doing silly speeds in a built up area for over a mile.
eventually caught up, pulled me over told me i would more than likely lose my licence, lots of points, big fine etc...

waited for the post for 6 weeks, cacking my pants!
turned out he had reviewed the tape, said i knew how to drive safely at speed so sent me on a driver awareness course, had to pay £150 for the 2 day course. Turned out to be a good thing, learned alot from it and have definitely cut down my speed.
didnt have to go to court or take any points so i was happy!!

14 days plus postage for the NIP to come through the door (unless you were stopped and given the verbal NIP at the time of the offence). Then they have 6 months to prosecute.
