You are in a car crash and will struggle to survive unless someone helps.

You notice the guy who does stop has obvious scars of recent drug use and therefore has a higher possibility of having AIDS.

Do you let him help you, or do you risk waiting for an ambulance?

If I had aids theres a good chance id crashed the car on purpose in hope of a quick death....id wave the man on

he may have AIDS but if theres no way of him getting bodily fluids into you you're laughing aren't you? AIDS can't use osmosis to get into people through skin.
