Are the lights for the heater control switches etc supposed to be lit up all the time? I have just changed my blown bulbs and realised that the lights come on with the ignition.
I was thinking of cutting the supply and feeding them off the sidelights so they only come on when sidelights are on.
Anyone else done this? Thought it would preserve bulb life. No wonder mine were blown if they on all the time!

mine are on all the time no majour issue really as i hardly ever use my heaters

yeah me either but I like everything working. Just can't see the point in em being on with the ignition. No wonder they blow all the time!
