dropped a engine in the sri yesterday
but
no matter what we did we couldn't get the engine and the gearbox to meet up
no wires was blocking anything it just wouldnt go.
the clutch was lined up and we did get that bar thing with the teeth on it in the gear box to go through the clutch its self
but no look
any tips please

what year is the Astra and what engine code is the engine you put in?

2003 sri z18xe

between the engine and the gear box was an inch or 2 gap i would say
just would not go together
even turning the crank shaft slightly to line the teeth up as well would not work
very frustrating lol
