Yeah if you get 6 points its retest time. happened to me

Right speeking of points and new drivers - i have a question.

My friend got caught on a mini moto before he had a full drivers licence (he had prov at the time - he was learning)

he got 6 points and £400 fine. Fair enough, but he sent his licence off when he passed his test and got a full one back. The courts never said anything about him being banned so is he allowed to drive on the roads?

chances are on the green paper part of his licence there will be 6 points on it. it only means he is 6 points closer to a full ban,

Mate of mine got tagged for 5 months, banned for 3 years & a massive fine for going on a minimoto, drunk, for a second time.
