Need a spare for in the boot They would have to be split rims too, but fuck knows what the best way is to make them, and make them safe. I need some drawings of a set of wheels that I can look at before I can give it a serious go and buy the billet to do the job...

I'd want to bolt them together if they're splits, but a lot of them are heated and cooled together, not sure I'd feel safe with a set of wheels like that though

I was thinking about that, heat the hoop, drop the billet centre in, but whack a couple of aircraft grade high tensiles in just for luck and seal it all up...
It's been a little project I've had off and on for a while now. If I actually made half the stuff I designed I would sure have an awful lot of junk!

Combination of the two I think. You want them to look the best, if you've never seen them on that particular car before it can be a risk yes.
