I've just phoned up the new Subaru dealership and asked for a quote on an oil change, using my own oil - £157 Are they having a laugh

I did a full service inc plugs, mobil1 oil, filter and gearbox/diff oil for £180 not long ago on a 2004 imprezza.

Going to do myself.

I'll have no choice when it comes to belts etc though.

It's a joke eh My dad went to get his standard WRX front discs and pads replaced not long ago... £600 and odds + VAT

Me and my Dad always do my brakes. I just like to keep the service book stamped. But for that price I won't bother.

Silly prices. A guy round from me had the upgrade Alcon 4 pot brakes on his P1, they wanted £1200 for new disks & pads....he got some AP Racing 6 pots (caliper/disc/pad) instead for 300 more

Yeah something to do with the bellhousing has to be replaced at the same time.............canny mind it was a long time ago!!

Oh, replacement 4 pots too.

I think the 305mm upgrade was stupendously priced as well.

He already had the kit, Im not sure what the 1200 quoted was for, he had alcon rears too so maybe front/rears & fitting!?
