i went to "the best" guy around here, the ink is patchy, and when it was done it bled quite a lot and the skin was really red and swollen and it scabbed quite bad.
same place on other arm from a random in tenerife was amazing, no redness, and it barely bled at all, it was like a slight glisten over the top, didnt scab up or lose any ink at all!
depends a lot on the artist
