finally, i have arranged for them to do a instant transfer and not charge me for the service, because they cocked up

should have my money today and be rid of HSBC for good, and their lovely indian employees

TBH Abbey arnt much better, my card expired and it took them 2 months to send me a new one. Each time i wanted my money i had to go in-branch to withdraw it and they questioned why i had a card 2 months out of date not my fault your shit at issuing cards.
2 months later a new card arrives

and they all lived happily ever after...

well they will be in the UK somewhere if I call out of office hours. and answer the phone in person, no silly automated answering systems with lots of menu's.

Terrible.

I closed my accounts due to their incompetency. It took 2 weeks to clear the funds.
